Plant in a visible area of your yard where possible. Close to the street for passers-by to see is ideal.

Provide Instructions to Garden Visitors
Write the names of your food bearing plants, bushes, or trees. You may want to include the variety or Latin name.
Provide interesting and useful information, such as how to tell when food is ripe and ready for eating, and how to pick or harvest.
If you are supplying tools for use in the garden state how to use them. Consider keeping them dry and covered in a mailbox or waterproof container.
Large garden stakes are helpful to display information.
